What you will learn in this workshop!

This full-day class teaches you exactly what to do if women’s emergencies or birth emergencies happen when hospitals are unavailable, help is far away, or the grid is down.

No medical background needed.

1. Women’s Health Emergencies (Grid-Down Edition)

How to handle the most common and most dangerous women’s issues when modern care isn’t available.

You’ll learn how to recognize, manage, and support:

  • UTIs, yeast infections, and basic vaginal infections.
  • Sudden pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and cycle problems.
  • What to do if someone is sexually assaulted.
  • How to handle birth control questions and risks when supplies are limited.
  • What supplies every woman should have on hand.
  • What’s normal, what’s not, and when you need to act fast.

This section is practical, direct, and built for anyone who may need to protect or care for women in an emergency situation.

2. How to Deliver a Baby Safely (Uncomplicated Births)

Step-by-step instruction on how to help a woman through a normal birth from start to finish:

  • When to stay home vs. when to move (if you even can)
  • What to do during labor
  • How to safely “catch” a baby
  • Hand placement and positioning

What to expect in the first minutes after birth

  • How to care for mom and baby in the first hour
  • What to do with the cord and placenta
  • What’s normal and what’s not

If you’ve ever thought, “I hope I never have to do this” this section removes the fear and teaches you the reality.

3. Birth Emergencies (When Things Go Wrong)

Real-world training for high-risk situations where you are the only help available.

You’ll learn what to do when:

  • The baby is breech
  • A limb presents
  • The cord is in the wrong place
  • The baby gets stuck (shoulder dystocia)
  • Mom won’t stop bleeding after birth
  • Baby isn’t breathing right away

These are the situations where seconds matter and knowing what to do can save two lives.

Jessica teaches clear protocols, simple steps, and the safest possible actions you can take with no hospital, no EMS, and no backup.
